Exceptionally kind, polite and helpful staff, excellent location, walking distance to metro Zoravar Andranik, stores, good eating pllaces. Clean, large rooms, very comfortable beds.
Bathtub was not very comfortable.

Great staff, always helpful, providing recommendations and travel tips. They helped us use one of their underground parking spots.
The room was big and clean and had a mini fridge perfect for cold beer.
The breakfast had a lot of different foods and included some very good local dishes.
I gladly recommend this hotel and I will stay here again when visiting Yerevan.
