The service and location are great

Great location in center of town at the Republic Square
Most everything was good, just a small thing in that the front of the hotel is in a very busy parking area

Location, it was really close to everything, walk distance.

The staff were very friendly, the location couldn’t be better—right in Republic Square—and the breakfast was delicious.
The room had a large pillar in the center, which made moving around difficult and caused me to hurt my ankle. The keys and IT facilities were poorly managed—without keys, we had to rely on reception to operate the elevator and open doors. The phone didn’t work, and even the simplest needs required someone to go down to reception to make a request. Overall, it felt inconvenient, like staying in an old building where you have to walk everywhere for everything.
