The staff at the hotel made our stay not just comfortable but also memorable. They were always ready to greet, share information, and they checked in on us as we left the hotel and when we returned as to what we were getting up to and what we had done in the day. This was so lovely, we got such great tips as a result. When we had to order a cab at 5.45am the one morning, the night before I went to ask about it and I felt so reassured by the staff.
Excellent location, couldn’t be better. The hotel is situation right by the old town. 5 min walk and you’re in it. There are transport links all around within a 3-10 min walk, including the main station. The ferry terminals are about a 15 min walk away but we caught a 5 min cab as we had a lot of luggage.
The hotel is exceptional value for money.
The hotel is a bit dated, but this is an aesthetic issue rather than a practical issue.
Although our room was perfectly fine, we felt comfortable, there were a few minor things that I would have preferred different. We had a double room with two single beds. The size of the room was great, but the beds are pretty narrow. The beds are comfortable, a bit on the harder side. The pillows are good. There was only one generic soap in the bathroom, no other little bits like shampoo, conditioner, etc. but there was a good working hairdryer!
The hotel central heating was set too high for the weather they were having. It was uncharacteristically warm weather for October. But it meant our room was very warm and quite unpleasant for sleeping. Luckily we had a functioning window so we could keep it open throughout the day to cool the room, but during our sleep it became warm again and you can’t sleep with the window open as it’s right by one of the beds and you’d catch a cold like that as it was still below 5 degrees at night. I’d say this heating matter was the biggest issue on our trip.
We didn’t try the breakfast so cannot comment on that.

The room is basic and a bit outdated, but it has everything I need. The location is great—just a 5-minute walk to the old town, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The staff I met were very friendly and helpful.

Room was kept clean and fresh. Comfortable bed. Location really couldn't be more optimal, right between passenger terminals and old town sightseeing. Will book here again if coming back to Tallinn.
Lacked maybe a little bit character. View from the room was not much as the window was facing courtyard. But the room was also away from street noise.

Location, staff, no noise, shower, good pillows and bed
They totally closed windows and impossible to open it to refresh. Room is small , so its kinda hot. A/c works inly in sunner. So , there wasnt any refreshment. We had to open door to korridor for it. And also when was rain it was very loud coz behind window it droooed in sime metall part
