Location. It is within the old town. Walking distance to the touristic area.
The carpet in the 5th floor is old needs to be replaced. The room where we stayed one of the curtains rod lock is missing.

The location was great - if you want to explore the old town there is nowhere better to stay
We were placed in a side building. There was very jaded decor in our room. Our room was small for being described as ‘superior’.
Thee were no staff on site in our building - the evening bar and reception area was across the street in the main building.
There is quite a lot of raucous street noise at the weekend until 2-4am (!) from local revellers. It did not faze us, but explained the free earplugs by our bedsides!
This hotel is not great value for money - you are paying for the location but there are no frills attached!
