Location is great, 5 min walk to Paddington station, the area is quiet at night.
The staff were great and supportive 24/7.
We stayed in 601 which was on the ground floor , area was fairly spacious (in London standards)
Toilets had bidets .. which adds another value to the place 👌🏻
Probably will need more vigilant cleaning (below sofas for example)

Chilworth Court is a good place to gather family in a convenient London location with apart-hotel like accommodation. The two bedroom was very accommodating, two bathrooms, very big living area. The kitchen is small, but has everything needed for light cooking; they provided and refreshed dishwasher and laundry detergent, everything was provided even if we were to run them everyday. The bathrooms are big, plenty of towels, easy to get multiple people ready in the morning. Location is amazing, from nearby restaurants, to closeness to train station (for Heathrow express or visiting outside London) and subway, closeness to the Kensington Park for a walk. Cleaning came after three days and they spent a long time to get everything very well clean; it wasn't just a quick spot check and towel change.
The mattresses were way too soft (at least for our liking). While the apartment was clean and the cleaning service (every 3 days) was very detailed with their work, the carpets had stained in some areas and there were some mold spots in the bathroom. We could hear the upstairs neighbors who had children and were very active playing and jumping around.

The apartments are centrally located
When I reached I was told that they can’t find my booking even though I have had paid full amount in advance and it took 30 minutes or more to semi sort it out. This was very stressful and worrying. They wanted me to stay in one apartment for one day and then 6 days in another apartment or 6 days in one and then 1 night in another. They explicitly said they won’t let me stay in the apartment for the full time because some other special guest had requested it. We called their help line and they also weren’t helpful. Stay away from this property as it seems they double book. We told them we will write a bad review . Booking.com on the other hand was more responsive than the property and accepted to offer me a refund on the last night as I wasn’t ready to keep shifting. Thank you booking.comfor being reliable.
