Too busy and the rug

Responded quickly when our room had a water leak. Found us a better room. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is perfect -- did not have to go outdoors to catch subway.
Did not routinely supply face cloths. Our original room was good but overpriced. Fortunately the room we moved to after the leak was better value (they did not charge us extra for it).

Good location, but station locked so no access to Heathrow Express in the morning for our train.
The room was booked with a view, wasn’t one, overlooked grubby rooftops.
