Very clean, staff extremely friendly and welcoming. Food, breakfast dinner and cakes were fantastic. We had a minor issue with the toilet cistern not closing off. This was sorted promptly while we were out.Second visit this year and we will definitely stay here again.
Gym a little small and would be better if it opened earlier. Having said that,it wasn't a problem.

Staff in reception and restaurant were excellent, the hotel truly fits their 4-star rating, friendly and very accommodating services. Location is great too, close (100 m less) to a calm sandy beach. I could dog watch all day long!
Just small things, but wouldnt think they are significant as just a part of the building facilities, like not every room has lift access, but staff can help. Make sure if you need one, you request this during booking. I also couldn't turn on the towel rail to dry my swim suit, but I guess heating is controlled centrally.

Overpriced. Rooms are tiny. Was charged extra for an espresso coffee in the morning, coffee was bitter and muddy, left a bad taste in my mouth at every level.
