Great spa facilities and we got one of the newer rooms which was nicely done.
Common areas and externally needs some love but you can tell they have been trying to improve the facilities with the spa, etc!

The property looked very smart & it was in easy walking distance to the marina. Our room was comfortable & clean.
The restaurant where we had breakfast was lovely & I especially liked how we ordered our main part of the breakfast from a menu rather than self service.
The fruit, yogurt, cereals, toast, croissants & beverages were self service which I liked.
We will definitely stay at The Lincombe Hall Hotel again but next time I want to try the luxurious indoor pool as well.
It was perfect.
