Convenient location. Helpful staff.
Parking fee. Tired decor in shared spaces. Carpet in room stained. Dated furnishings in room.

Lovely location, easy to book. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Really clean.
Rooms are a little dated - wallpaper peeling off the ceiling and mould in the bath tiles

The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly.
When I booked in I was told by receptionist I had to pay for my daughters breakfast which was already included in the booking. Luckily I had it on my phone and received a refund later. This should not have happened.
Also the bed was terrible, my wife and I had no sleep and could feel the springs on our bodies.
