Probably one of the best boutique hotel in KK, it beats out the rest of 3 stars hotel in my personal opinion. It is so beautiful and unique in its own way, the room is really comfortable and really clean. Such a good find. Front desk staff is awesome and was really friendly all throughout our stay. This is gonna be my to go next time I'm coming back KK. Location wise it is not in the heart of town but literally 5-10mins from all the place you need to go and for this price, it's a great trade off.

very clean and the pillow very soft . have a welcome drink and the best part is the free bun for every night u stay..but bun only started at 8.30am. If u out of hotel early u cant got the bun
dont have laundry plastic. I think hotel can do it for customer. A lot hotel i stay eve budget hotel got laundry plastic.

Location is quite central with nearby eateries within easy reach
We arrived at 1pm and although our room was ready, we were not allowed to check into the room. If we want to, we have to pay extra charges of around RM30+. However, since our room is ready, we can go in at 2pm. For the sake of good customer service, I do not see the rationale of letting the guest wait in the lobby for 1 hour even though the room was ready for occupation. We just like to drop our luggage, freshen up a bit and go explore the city. Certainly for that 1 hour or less, we are not going to rack up utilities amounting to RM30!!
Also, the soundproofing is very bad. Could not sleep well at night due to the constant noise coming from rooms next to and above us.
