The location was perfect, with easy access to Gaya Street, the night markets and local fruit markets. The area also felt much safer than other parts of KK, which made exploring on foot really convenient.
The facilities were fantastic, including the gym, swimming pool and laundry room. Everything was well maintained, with clear instructions that made the facilities easy to use.

Citadines was a very nice surprise for us with very specious and well equipped room and the sunset view amazing.
Very well located just across the handicraft market and a few steps from the waterfront gave us the choice of a nice walk to buy souvenirs and enjoy a delicious dinner at one of the cafes at the waterfront.
Breakfast offers a large variety of local and international and staff is very helpful and kind.

The staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast was good.
The room felt small. The shower was built in such a way that the water ran out of it and flooded the bathroom floor. This meant we had to soak it up and we kept running out of dry towels.....
