More an Airbnb than a traditional hotel (4 separate suites, we never saw another guest and the staff comes from off site) but very clean and nice, exactly like the photos. Very conveniently located in San Marco and walking distance to everything. The water taxi dropped us off and picked us up at Calle Dose, literally a 2 min walk to the front door. Beautiful bathroom, spacious room, big TV and very cool air. We had a few minor issues but the staff came and fixed immediately. They also offered recommendations on restaurants and things to do. Very friendly and kind. If you don’t mind a quiet place without a lot of people hustling around, this is the place for you. Quiet and close to everything. Right across the canal from the Peggy Guggenheim collection.

We travel all the time and this was one of the best we’ve done. Very large and well positioned to visit everything. Would stay there again when back in Venice for sure.

Very nice room at a good location. Easy to reach anywhere in Venice. Would be nice to have some instructions for the Jacuzzi.
