Absolutely beautiful boutique hotel. So much ambiance. Great location - close to main attractions but in a quieter spot. Very fun to look out the window and be immersed in Venice. Excellent breakfast buffet with coffee delivered to your table.
Very kind and help staff.

When Traveling you will definitely realize location is literally everything. The spot was genuinely perfect. Close to all the good stuff. Travel in any direction for a magical experience. Hotel, Service, Atmosphere was astonishing. My luggage was left in Denver for 3 days and you wouldn’t even know. Hospitality was impeccable. Location couldn’t have been better. Atmosphere was magnificent.
Considering my luggage was left over 3500 miles away and was genuinely forgetting about it i would say absolutely nothing

Hotel location ideal.
Close to water bus dock and walkable from major sites of interest.
Whilst recognising Venice is a world heritage location we did find the tourist numbers a little excessive.
