Excellent location and apartment, super convenient and great for a self catered stay

Property was exactly as described and photos. Location was great, easy for local beaches, food and supermarkets. Quieter part of Protaras but all the better for it, the main strip is 5mins drive away. Apartment has everything you need, laundry facilities, hob, air con in all rooms, stocked kitchen, enough space for family of four and a nice balcony. Some apartments seem to be residential so not much noise at night but there are rules to abide by ie. no noise after 9pm. Clear instructions on how to get in/out/parking gate etc from villas2let, cannot fault them at all in terms of communications and helpfulness. They provide concierge service for any questions, bookings, help etc. You have contact via messaging 24/7 Cavo Maris hotel nearby allows to use facilities for a daily cost if you wish, otherwise first come, first served on the sunbeds at the two local but small beaches, Green Bay (better) and Nisia Loumbardi. The waters are superb, turquiose and clean, IMO better than southern coastal waters along ayia napa, although Nissi beach has much nicer sand.

No cleaning during the stay, only before. Toilet paper and kitchen roll needs to be bought. Towels provided once so you need to wash, or have your own, bring washing powder. Air con has a delay before you can switch on, need to wait about 2 mins before can be activated. Front door needed a hefty pull/push towards the frame for the final unlock, otherwise the key won't turn - you'll figure this out. Slight leaking from the shower frame bottom to the surrounding floor, gets wet quickly

Amazing!

The place is amazing, view is perfect, the beach is literally 2 steps from the building. Easy access, no problems at all. Communication with host and concierge was great. Very calm area but still close to the city. The pool downstairs is realy nice addition. I will come back 100%! Thank you so much for amaizng holidays!

Would be nice to have some salt, pepper and coffe for guest.

Lage

Badtür war schon länger nach Wasserschaden verzogen und schloss nicht. Auf Backofen war die Skalierung nicht mehr vorhanden. Türen und Fenster waren undicht, was zu Windgeräuschen führte.
