Keys were not in the lockbox as described however Mari sorted the problem out very quickly for us

The villa was fantastic we have stayed at the complex before and palma villa did not dissapont it had everything you needed our family including our 2 grandchildren 10 and 3 just loved the pool even the grown ups were in the pool from am to pm
It was just so sad we had to leave.
Mari the owner arranged our minibus transfer from the airport and also the return she also arranged to have safety gates fitted and a travel cot
I can't thank mari enough she was contactable all the time by what's app which is so reassuring to have
I just want to thank mari for everything she done for u 💓 xx
