The location was perfect for beaches and town was walkable but we had a car. Villa was clean as was pool area. Hosts la mer homes are brilliant. Very well equipped and very spacious for five adults. Arrived late and there was fresh milk, bread, cheese, ham & water in fridge. Pool towels provided. Roof top area was perfect & sunny all day. I would recommend this villa. Area was quiet and plenty of parking. We had two cars, so one on the driveway & one just at the the top of street.
There for two weeks so clean linen would have been a bonus & towels, but there is a washing machine so I washed things. Also pool shaded until 11am and no sun from 4pm due to other villas, roof top has continuous sun so not a problem, but it was October so sun is lower. No tea towel either.

The property was in a good location and was a comfortable villa. The communication with the Company was excellent
The villa could do with a little TLC
The bathrooms need re-grouting. The water in the shower was exceptionally slow to drain away. The patio door could not be locked from the inside. Desperately need stools at the dressing tables

The villa was in good condition, and really clean too. The pool area is a good size and there are a few different beaches each within walking distance from the villa, too. It’s not too far to walk to a supermarket and a delicious little bakery.
For the price paid it’s unfair to complain about anything so this really is just nitpicking. If the walk to the beaches was a few minutes less that would have been appreciated on the hotter days, but with four or five nice beaches and a water sports centre all within 15 minutes walking distance, it’s still in a great spot.

The Villa itself is very comfortable for a family vacation.
First, need to pay an extra for any basics, as a toilet paper or towels. There is no Wi-Fi upstairs on downstairs. And there was a huge issue with the electricity, a total power shutdown about 3 times during the last 2 days of our visit, without us using any devices, had to pack our luggage in the dark. Got a tiny apology from the staff, like it is a totally normal thing.
