Lovely hotel in a great location. Two main gripes (one foreseeable):
- I resented having to pay £50 for parking. It seems so excessive given what you’re already paying for a room.
- The floor in the entrance to the spa and the men’s changing rooms were disgusting. They need an hourly clean. By the time I visited at 8-30 at night the floor was revolting.

I would never not stay here. It was an excellent experience and a great location. Extremely friendly staff.

Very nice hotel, just outside the city centre but with a short, beautiful riverside walk to get there. For us, there was nothing not to like.
