We stayed at Newton House Hotel for a couple of nights and it was perfect for what we needed. The building is quite old but our room was very clean and the beds and pillows were really comfortable. We also received a very warm welcome from the lady on duty, who may have been the owner. A good option for a short stay, and we’d happily stay again.
The shower was a bit temperamental

The location is ideal and our rooms were well-suited to our group, one above the other. The bathrooms are clean and the decor is simple and pleasant. Also, no fragrances or odours.
We value the parking space especially.
This is our second stay at Newton House and we’d gladly come again.

Great location, very kind staff, easy access
The walls are rather thin, so it was easy to hear noise from the room next to ours, but maybe it's normal in this type of houses. Also, we were very as our room was on the top floor and our neighbours were very calm. If you considère staying here but are worried about the noise, I'd definitely recommend staying on the top floor.
