Nice, quiet residential area within easy walking distance of the city centre; good value property relative to other properties in Oxford. Comfortable and clean double beds. Large communal space and TV, with a well-equipped separate kitchen for this type of accommodation. Easy access through the door codes - saved us from carrying keys around. Really grateful for the option of having a late checkout for only £20.
Property felt rather unloved, needed redecorating and a thorough clean, loads of cobwebs everywhere, particularly in stairwells and windows. Some of the windows wouldn't close. The facilities overall could do with being modernised, especially in the kitchen and bathroom.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The good thing is they have parking at a small charge. Also it is just outside the pay zone for a congestion tax and can get to the hotel without entering the zone. It is a short 10 minute picturesque walk and you are in the middle of Oxford action. Besides the accomodation the cafe for breakfast is excellent and the food is outstanding.

Great location, the apartment we had was great for a big group. The waiter at breakfast was excellent and the food and coffee were very good. Well appointed kitchen.
Lots of damp areas, could do with some upgrading. No duvets on the bed so very cold overnight. Poor pressure in the shower and curtain too small. Receptionist on arrival slightly officious
