I loved the attentiveness of the entire staff. All were kind with all guests. I definitely recommend and shall return when I visit Japan.

Hotel Kyoto Tokyu was really handy to the station, the hotel shuttle bus from there was easy to find. The staff on reception and in the restaurant were cheerful, helpful & made the place very welcoming. The food was great, not a huge menu perhaps but everything very tasty & well presented. The room was comfortable & well supplied with electric sockets, usb points etc.
Would certinly recommend this hotel to others
