About this apartment rental
This stylish and modern basement apartment (approx. 40 square meters, built in 2021) offers everything you need for a relaxing stay right next to Lake Wörth.
A large, comfortable bed; a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher; a table with a wooden bench; underfloor heating; and a wooden deck right by the stream—all invite you to linger and enjoy the moment, whether it’s reading, dining, sipping a sundowner, or practicing yoga or working out…
The entire building was constructed using eco-friendly building methods in 2021.
We live upstairs as a small family.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.
If desired: guest sofa bed, yoga mat, baby crib/rollaway bed, toys for toddlers
There is no washing machine.
#In about a 5-minute walk, you can reach Lake Wörth (Wörthsee) with a swimming area, a children’s playground, and a kiosk (Il Kiosko, with Italian flair, delicious food and drinks; open year-round).
#A 5-minute walk to the S-Bahn (Steinebach), which goes to Munich (in about 40 minutes) or to Ammersee/Herrsching (2 S-Bahn stops).

Wir wurden von vorne bis hinten mit allem versorgt, was wir uns nur wünschen konnten. Die Lage des Objekts ist sehr ruhig, und trotzdem nur 5 Minuten vom Wörthsee entfernt- aus meiner Sicht von der besten Bestelle.

Mein Mann, unsere Tochter (1Jahr) und ich haben eine Woche in der Ferienwohnung in Steinebach verbracht und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist eine Souterrainwohnung und deshalb grundsätzlich eher kühl, was uns aber an warmen Tagen entgegenkam. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Wir hätten uns jederzeit an sie wenden können.
Die Nähe zu mehreren Seen bzw. gute Erreichbarkeit mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln haben wir sehr genossen.
Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.
