The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of our building. There is only one building entrance, and you can reach the apartment directly via our stairwell. The studio features a bathroom and a built-in kitchenette.

You can enjoy a peaceful setting on the terrace overlooking a small private garden. When the weather is nice, you can drink coffee here and take in a sweeping view all the way to the Bavarian Alps and the Zugspitze.
The apartment is located in a quiet part of a Munich suburb (Puchheim). It’s not a typical vacation destination, but wide fields and meadows begin about 100 m from the front door. The nearest swimming lake is about 1 km from the house, and the well-developed swimming area at Langwiedersee is 4 km away.
The Puchheim S-Bahn station (S4) is a 20-minute ride from downtown Munich. It’s a 5-minute bus ride (line 830) from the S-Bahn station to the house.
The house is particularly well-suited for people who don’t want a purely nature-focused vacation but are planning to explore the city or attend Oktoberfest and are happy with a simple, affordable stay just outside the city gates. Of course, we also welcome people who are visiting our region on business trips.
