About this apartment rental
Hello everyone,
A cozy three-room vacation rental is available here for 1 to a maximum of 4 people.
Guests must bring their own bed linens and towels; dish towels are provided.
No pets allowed!
Starnberg is a 20-minute walk away, and there’s a bus stop nearby with service to Starnberg or toward Wolfratshausen.
The lake (“Percha Beach”), with a large public swimming area, is a 5-minute walk away.
There are several restaurants in the area.
The Brückenwirt restaurant is about 200 meters away.
Shopping:
The butcher, bakery, fruit and vegetable shop, and pharmacy in town are all within easy walking distance.
The vacation rental is located on the first floor and is not wheelchair accessible; it requires climbing the front steps.
Large terrace with seating for 4 people; parking available directly in front of the vacation rental in the courtyard.
Travel crib for toddlers; high chair available upon request
The vacation rental consists of:
Living room
Kitchen
Bathroom
Bedroom 1: single bed with a pull-out section for a 2nd person
Bedroom 2: one double bed
Terrace
Minimum booking of 6 days!!!
Please check the availability calendar... which is updated after each booking.
Any damage occurring during your stay must be reported and paid for.
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM or earlier by arrangement
Check-out is by 10:00 AM or later upon prior arrangement
Payment of the total price in advance
Travel cancellation insurance recommended
Once payment has been received, the vacation rental will be reserved for you, and you will receive a reservation confirmation.
Contact information for coordinating your arrival (the landlord is my mother-in-law) will follow a few days before your arrival...
Key pickup will take place on-site with my mother-in-law. Please let us know your arrival time afterward!
