Wonderful small almost boutique style hotel, with an outstanding location and exceptional staff, particularly Mijid (I hope spelled his nam right; whatever his position is he needs to be promoted as he handled my concerns very well and was super attentive and kind). The hotel is in a prome location for anything you need - great shopping at Istanbul Galaport (5-7 min walk), close to Galata Tower and Galata Bridge if you want to cross for the Asian side, good for running along the water and relaxed cosy dinner in the Karaköy district, with all its souvenir shops and yummy food.
My room (I think it was Delux Twin) was very comfortable, with a massive bed, large enough shower room and spectacular views over the port and Bosphorus. Breakfast were delicious, with plenty healthy options. Bonus recommendation - try next door coffee shop JUPITER (honestly tasted like best coffee within my whole trip, and we know our coffee I live in Sydney) Thank you to the whole team, for making my stay enjoyable!

Helpful staff. Nice view of the bosphorus straight and bridge from our room even better from the outdoor dining area. Nice big bed. I booked this having read the reviews about the numerous steps but what I didn't realize is just how steep this part of istanbul is! The view to me is worth the effort, and the helpful porter took care of our heavy bags for us.

Beautiful rooms, amazing staff, as woman travelling alone felt very safe and supported. 3 minute walk to tr going straight to old city and all the sights. Tours available with pick up form hotel, fab hamam visit arranged for me and friend
Had to go down steps to get there. Fine for me but if disabled would not be suitable

Great central location and staff were super friendly
Some of the facilities felt a little run down. Blinds in the room didn’t all work correctly. Air con wasn’t the best and some of the chairs around pool area were a bit tatty.
