Wonderful view and parking and location and breakfast and cleaness
Thank you very much, Mr. Bilal for your support to upgrade the room.
No sufficient staff to support the customer:
No one carry the luggage during checkout
There is no care for the customer needs like repairing the door lock

Location is amazing and Reception team was very polite and they accept late check out at 2:30 pm with arrangement 2 days before due to my late flight
I got Deluxe Room in 5 th floor with amazing view , it was very nice and clean except for the Shower water which’s going outside and make the bathroom floor always wet after showering

The staff mostly are very especially bilal and halil very nice guy halil and always welling to help and support , the hotel location is very good as well but I think it is over rated
The restaurant staff during breakfast are very rude, also the hotel is old and they have serious issue with A/C especially during the day when it is hot
