This was our first hotel experience with Metropolitan and honestly, it couldn’t have been more beautiful.
From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and cared for. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, specially Mr. Ferat and Mr. Burak. They were not just hotel staff to us they felt like our brothers and family in Turkey. They helped us with everything and always greeted us with the warmest smiles, treating us like guests in their own home. They were so kind and friendly.
Our room was beautiful, and the breathtaking Bosphorus view made our stay even more special. Everything was cozy, peaceful, and simply perfect.
Thank you, Mr. Ferat and Mr. Burak, for making our stay in Turkey so memorable. We truly felt at home.
I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back!
