The beach and the Bodden, with its beautiful marina and opportunities for excursions on the famous Zeesenboats and passenger ships, are just a 9-minute walk away.
On the lower level of the apartment is the spacious living area with a fireplace, sofa, TV, and Wi-Fi. Adjacent to this is the integrated and superbly equipped kitchen with a spacious dining area; from here, you can step out onto the balcony, which is furnished with patio furniture. Also located on this level are a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the upper floor, there is another bedroom with a double bed.
A bike storage room, a parking space next to the building, a high chair, and a travel crib are available. The shared sauna in the building can be used for a fee.
