A beautiful, charming 130-square-meter thatched-roof house on a plot of approximately 1,700 square meters in the heart of Zingst is just 200 meters from the beach and 50 meters from the town center.
The first floor features a separate kitchen with a pantry, fully equipped with a stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator.
There is also a living room with a TV and free Wi-Fi, as well as a guest restroom.
The entire house is equipped with insect screens.
For our sports-loving guests, the Magenta TV App Plus and Magenta Sport with Sky Sport Kompakt are available.
A cozy porch complements the peaceful atmosphere.
Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms with double beds, a full bathroom with shower/tub, and a toilet.
The terrace faces south, and the property is enclosed by a hedge.
The large, quiet property with its beautiful trees is located directly next to Martha-Müller-Grählert Park.
There are 3 parking spaces on the property.
Pets are welcome here
Please bring your own bed linens and towels or rent them through the Zimmerbörse.
