The Sonnenschein Apartment is located in the heart of Zingst, the idyllic vacation town between the Bodden and the Baltic Sea. Contrary to what the street name (Bahnhofstraße) might suggest, this penthouse—completed in 2021—is situated in a quiet yet central location on the pedestrian zone (at the corner of Strandstraße).
You can reach the modern and lovingly furnished vacation apartment directly by elevator. The bright and light-filled penthouse, with approximately 75 m², features 2 bedrooms, a cozy living area with an open kitchen, a modern bathroom, and a pleasant balcony. In addition, guests have access to two on-site parking spaces and a bicycle storage room.
Special highlights of the vacation apartment include:
• Elevator directly to the penthouse (a spacious staircase is also available)
• Modern, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, induction stove, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, electric kettle, coffee (pod) machine, and much more).
