The attic apartment, featuring a south-facing balcony with a stunning view across the fields to the Baltic Sea—300 meters away—was extensively renovated in early 2022 and remodeled with a few beautiful touches.
The centerpiece of the new apartment is a large round dining table with a 4-cm-thick, oiled wild oak top. The indirect lighting above the table can illuminate the room in any RGB color, depending on the mood. The light is controlled via a wall switch.
The daybed right by the window is a relaxing spot with a great view all the way to the Baltic Sea. From the bed in the master bedroom, you can gaze at the stars through the large skylight above the headboard (which can also be darkened with an electric exterior blind). With two large mattresses, each measuring 100 x 200 cm, the bed is also suitable as a family bed. The separate children’s room has two beds (160×70 cm and 180×80 cm). Thus, the apartment is suitable for two adults and two children. Oiled oak parquet flooring in the living room and master bedroom. In the children’s room, cork flooring with two beautiful built-in beds made of plant-oil-treated wood (180 x 80 cm and 160 x 70 cm).
