About this apartment rental
Ground-floor apartment with two bedrooms, a kitchen-living room with a well-equipped kitchen unit (dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer), furnished south-facing terrace, roller shutters; the children’s room has a fixed bed (190 x 90 cm) and, as a second bed, either a children’s crib or an open bed measuring 160 x 80 cm for children up to about 10 years old. Numbered parking space right next to the building. Internet via LAN and Wi-Fi (via Freifunk).
Beautiful bathroom with a walk-in shower; doors are wide enough for a wheelchair. In recent years, the apartment has been regularly booked by experienced wheelchair users. Please note that we do not advertise the apartment as wheelchair-friendly or fully accessible.
Your vacation rental is neatly furnished and will be thoroughly cleaned for you before your stay. Kitchen equipped with an oven, 4-burner stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, and plenty of pots and pans. Wi-Fi and Ethernet are available in your apartment (50 MB/s building connection for 8 apartments). 80 cm flat-screen TV with satellite TV. Washer and dryer in the basement. Parking at the building. Easily accessible by bus and train. Locked storage area for bicycles. Barbecue available. Floors are tiled, laminate, or cork.
Direct contact with the hospitable and discreet owner before and during booking, as well as before and during your stay. Quick responses to your questions via email. Your host is personally available seven days a week until approximately 9:00 PM.

Regular horseback riding for children is available at the riding arena on another of the family’s farms. Other farms owned by the Helge Siems family in the area—which offer plenty of activities for children—are always open to guests of the Haus Unter den Linden. We regularly gather for a cozy get-together around the campfire. Come join us for the fruit harvest in September/October! Enjoy historic apple varieties, plums, and pears straight from the tree.
We’ve been purchasing electricity and gas from Naturstrom for years. The house’s domestic hot water has been heated by solar power for more than 10 years. For upcoming renovations, we prefer natural building materials.
We are members of Freifunk Ostholstein e.V. and Naturgarten e.V., among others, and support the Club der toten Dichter.
