About this house rental
Vacation Home 29c in the vacation village has 3 rooms and can accommodate up to 5 people.
This end-of-row house, with approximately 63 m², spans two floors and features a sunny southwest-facing terrace. It is situated in a beautiful location on the outskirts of the vacation village. On the first floor, you’ll find the living room, a bedroom, and the shower room. The second bedroom and a guest restroom are located on the first floor. The beach is only about 350 m from the vacation village.
You can step directly onto the terrace from the living area. An awning provides shade on hot summer days. The bright living-dining area features a sleeper sofa that sleeps one person. For entertainment, the living area features a flat-screen TV, a stereo system, and a DVD player. The fireplace provides cozy warmth, especially during the cooler months. You can purchase firewood and supplies at the nearby shopping center, located about 450 m away.
The fully equipped kitchenette offers every convenience, including a dishwasher, 4-burner stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and microwave. The dining area, complete with a dining table and chairs, is located right next to the kitchenette.
The bedroom on the first floor has two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and a closet. The bedroom on the first floor has a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm), a closet, and a second TV. From this bedroom, you can access the guest bathroom, which also has space for a clothes dryer. The bedroom windows can be darkened using either exterior blinds or a roller shade.
In the windowed shower room, you’ll find a washing machine next to the shower, which you’re welcome to use free of charge. All floors in this vacation home are covered with laminate or tile.
You can store any bicycles you bring with you in the shed right next to the house. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking home. The house has Wi-Fi (service not guaranteed).
The “Urlauberdorf” vacation complex is quietly located on the outskirts of Boltenhagen. Shopping facilities are only about 200 m away. A parking space is available near the house. The Urlauberdorf features a large children’s playground with a wooden climbing frame, sandbox, ping-pong table, soccer field, and benches for adults. Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (not made up).

Children are very welcome at the vacation village. The complex features a spacious, green playground where your children can dig in the sandbox, climb the playhouse, and play on the seesaw and swings. There’s plenty of space for various ball games, and a ping-pong table rounds out the amenities.
Pets are allowed in many of the homes. Some homes offer free Wi-Fi. Each home has a free parking space for a car in the immediate vicinity (width: 1.90 m).

Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet, so dass man seinen Urlaub genießen kann. Alles ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen, Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Stadt. Wir kommen gern wieder. Leider sind die Betten/Lattenroste und Matratzen im Obergeschloss zu weich und durchgelegen. Für Rückenkranke leider nicht ! geeignet. Schade. Auch die Außenanlage müsste dringend von Wildkräutern befreit werden. Die Giersch ist so hoch wie die Rosen. Auch schade! Ansonsten ruhige Lage.

Der Urlaub war sehr schön und erholsam. Eine Reise nach Boltenhagen lohnt sich immer wieder.
Da wir aber mit 2 Familien angereist waren, hatten wir Schwierigkeiten mit dem Parken des 2. Fahrzeuges in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Auch WLAN im Haus wäre wünschenswert gewesen.

Wir waren schon oft im Urlauberdorf zu Gast und es hat uns auch immer gut gefallen. Aber Haus 29c kommt für uns nicht mehr in Frage, da die Matratzen im Doppelbett so dermaßen weich sind, dass man als Rückenkranker nachts nicht mehr schlafen kann.
