Located in a vacation village on the Baltic Sea, this family-friendly 73-square-meter Upstalsboom 3-bedroom vacation home, boud55b, features a wood-burning stove and a terrace. The house can accommodate up to 6 people.

This family-friendly end-of-row house, facing southwest, is located in a nature reserve in Boltenhagen and is only about 250 meters from the Baltic Sea beach.
Amenities
The vacation rental, featuring hardwood floors, includes two bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with two single beds—a living area with a double sofa bed and a wood-burning stove (firewood not included), a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet on the first floor, another bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet on the upper floor, and a terrace with a view of the greenery.
A fully equipped open kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and freezer compartment, a full-length mirror, a washing machine, and a TV/stereo system complete the interior of the vacation home.
We are happy to provide a crib and high chair for a fee and subject to availability. A baby bathtub is available in the house. Wi-Fi (fiber-optic) is available free of charge. The vacation home is equipped with exterior shutters and can be expanded to include House 55a upon request.

Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut. Auch die Betreuung durch die Mitarbeiter vor Ort oder telefonisch ist immer freundlich und alle Wünsche werden prompt erfüllt.
