This tasteful 2-room vacation rental with a west-facing balcony is located on a quiet residential street above the marina. Spanning two levels with a space-saving staircase (not suitable for children under 5 years of age), it can accommodate up to 4 people.
With approximately 42 m² of space, this vacation rental features a cozy, bright living room with a comfortable sleeper sofa, built-in cabinets, TV, radio, and access to the furnished west-facing balcony.
The open-concept kitchen is very well equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and standard kitchen appliances.
The space-saving staircase in the hallway leads to the cozy sleeping area with a double bed and a desk. A low children’s sleeping area (height approx. 1.20 m) with two beds is also available off to the side of the sleeping area.
Beautiful, modern bathroom with a corner shower with a glass door, sink, toilet, and heated towel rack.
Wi-Fi is available here free of charge.
The apartment has laminate and tile flooring. A parking space is located in front of the house. Smoking is permitted only on the balcony.

Eine wirklich sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung in bester Lage in Grömitz.

Die Wohnung war richtig schön, jedoch die Raumspartreppe zum Schlafraum eine Herrausforderung.
Die Betten waren 4 Einzelbetten, da ich alleine dort war, war es ok, aber auf den Fotos im Inserat war das nicht eindeutig zu erkennen.
Es sollte wenigstens ein Doppelbett , auch kleineres Format , vorhanden sein.
Eine räumliche Trennung, oder Privatsphäre zu den " Kinderbetten" ist auch nicht gegeben.
