Just 5 minutes from the beach lies this modern, bright, and cheerfully furnished 2-room apartment with a terrace, approximately 50 square meters, on the mezzanine level of a two-story building.
This cozy, tastefully decorated 2-room vacation apartment with a terrace can accommodate up to 4 people and is located above the Grömitz marina. The beach and the promenade are a 5-minute walk away. The tasteful, bright living room features a comfortable corner sofa, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a dining area, and opens onto the sunny, furnished southwest-facing terrace with an awning.
In the modern, fully equipped kitchen, you’ll find a stove with a ceramic cooktop and oven, as well as a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and the usual kitchen appliances.
A bright, cozy bedroom offers a comfortable double bed (two 90x200 mattresses) and a spacious closet. The brightly tiled bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet.

From September 21 . 25.09.2026, work will be taking place on the exterior facade.
The entire apartment features designer hardwood planks or tile flooring. Free Wi-Fi. Smoking is permitted exclusively on the terrace; barbecuing is also allowed (electric grills are welcome). Pets are not allowed. A parking space is located directly next to the house. A washing machine and dryer (coin-operated) are available for general use in the basement.
