The “Residenz am Yachthafen” vacation rental, Apartment 12, is located on the first floor of a well-maintained building right next to the Grömitz marina—just about 50 meters from the sandy beach. With a living area of 46 m², this accommodations are ideal for families or small groups of up to four people. For your relaxation, the apartment features a sheltered, covered balcony terrace. From here, you can enjoy a partial view of the sea and hear the sound of the Baltic Sea waves while relaxing on the comfortable patio furniture.
