About this apartment rental
A very beautiful and modernly furnished vacation apartment with wood-look PVC flooring on the 6th floor, featuring a large balcony facing east.
Enjoy the view across the inland lake toward the Baltic Sea and the marina.
Living room with a black leather couch and a cozy recliner, LCD TV, DVD player, and stereo system.
The dining area is located by the window. Roller blinds are installed to darken the living-sleeping area.
Sleeping area (2 new 7-zone cold-foam mattresses) with two single beds, separable from the living room by sliding panels.
Children’s room with a single bed.
Kitchen with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, microwave, grill, and refrigerator with freezer compartment.
Shower/toilet.
No smoking; pets not allowed

We’d be happy to work with you to find a suitable time frame or suggest alternative rental properties from our portfolio.
Bed linens (€12 per person) and towels (€8 per person) are available for rent. Please let us know after completing your booking so that we can bill you separately and ensure the bed linens and/or towels are ready for you before your arrival.
Resort:
The resort consists of 16 connected buildings arranged in a circle.
Inside, you’ll find many different vacation apartments, each individually furnished by their respective owners.
All floors in the buildings are conveniently accessible via elevators.
The sandy beach, located about 500 meters away, is barrier-free and can be safely reached through the resort’s pedestrian zone.
On the way there—and thus even closer to your accommodations—you’ll find bakeries, restaurants, ice cream shops, and various stores.
Leisure activities include, among others:
- Swimming, sunbathing, and playing on the over 4-kilometer-long sandy beach with its adventure pier
- Water sports such as deep-sea fishing (harbor: 2.3 km away), sailing, windsurfing, SUP, and kitesurfing (Heiligenhafen Water Sports Center: 1.4 km away)
- Athletic activities such as hiking, jogging, skating, and cycling (Pit’s Bike and Scooter Rental: right at the vacation park)
- Flying kites and running around on the huge kite field toward the beach
- Walks along the nearby cliffs
- Mini-golf at the Dünengolf course
- Let the little ones burn off energy at the various playgrounds in the vacation center and around the inland lake
- Wellness & Beauty at the “Aktiv-Hus-Spa” with an exercise pool, sauna, massages, etc., right at the vacation park

The rehabilitation center located 300 meters away, the local spa physicians and specialists, and the proximity to the nearest hospital as well as dialysis facilities (Oldenburg i.H.: 12 km away) provide excellent infrastructure for your outpatient spa stay.
Parking
There is a large parking lot at the rear of the vacation park. Here you can park your vehicle for an extended period free of charge. The spaces are marked according to the house numbers, but you are free to choose any available spot. In front of the houses, you will find a short-term parking area (30 minutes) for loading and unloading.
