About this apartment rental
Ostseekoje Heiligenhafen, a cozy and beautiful vacation apartment with a large balcony and air conditioning!
A very beautiful vacation apartment, furnished with attention to detail, for 2 adults and 2 children on the 6th floor with a large balcony (approx. 10 sqm) featuring an awning and a beach chair overlooking the park-like courtyard.
From here, you’ll enjoy a magnificent view of the inland lake and the Baltic Sea toward Fehmarn—a seasonal beach chair awaits you on the beach (starting in mid-May 2023)!
Extensively renovated and refurbished in 2022.
The apartment has a living area of 51 square meters with the following layout:
Living/dining room with a cozy couch area and a large 58-inch flat-screen TV and internet radio (the living/dining area can be darkened by electric blinds on the large panoramic window).
The dining area is located next to the large panoramic window with views of the ocean and lake.
The separate master bedroom with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a TV (80 cm in diameter) is separated by a nautical-themed wall with portholes and can be further partitioned off with a curtain.
The separate children’s room, featuring a bunk bed (2 x 80 × 190) and its own TV (80 cm in diameter), ensures the little ones sleep soundly (it can also be darkened with electric blinds). A high chair is also available free of charge.
The kitchen, which opens onto the living area, is fully equipped: dishwasher, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, induction stove with 4 burners, combination microwave-convection oven, filter coffee maker, Senseo machine, Tassimo machine, as well as a toaster and electric kettle.
The bright bathroom is equipped with a shower stall, a heated towel rack, an illuminated mirror cabinet, a hair dryer, and a toilet.
The entire apartment is allergy-friendly and offers plenty of storage space. Especially during the warm summer months, the air conditioning ensures a comfortable room temperature.

Bed linens (€12 per person) and towels (€8 per person) are available for rent. Please let us know after completing your booking so that we can bill you separately and ensure the bed linens and/or towels are ready for you before your arrival.
Resort:
The resort consists of 16 connected buildings arranged in a circle.
Inside, you’ll find many different vacation apartments, each individually furnished by their respective owners.
All floors in the buildings are conveniently accessible via elevators.
The sandy beach, located approximately 500 meters away, is barrier-free and can be safely reached through the resort’s pedestrian zone.
On the way there—and thus closer to your accommodations—you’ll find bakeries, restaurants, ice cream shops, and various stores.
Leisure activities include, among others:
- Swimming, sunbathing, and playing on the over 4-kilometer-long sandy beach with an adventure pier
- Water sports such as deep-sea fishing (harbor: 2.3 km away), sailing, windsurfing, SUP, and kitesurfing (Heiligenhafen Water Sports Center: 1.4 km away)
- athletic activities such as hiking, jogging, skating, and biking (Pit’s Bike and Scooter Rental: right at the vacation park)
- Flying kites and playing on the huge kite field toward the beach
- Walk

Mega gut ausgestattet, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet , mit vielen Extras mit denen man nicht rechnet , schade das es nicht wie versprochen eine Tassilmo Maschine gab , und wc Papier wäre auch schön gewesen , würden jederzeit diese Wohnung noch mal buchen .
