About this apartment rental
Beautiful, bright vacation apartment for up to 4 people with laminate flooring and a balcony on the 10th floor, offering a great view of the Baltic Sea and across the inland lake toward the marina.
Living room with a leather sofa set, a new flat-screen TV (40 inches), and a stereo system.
The dining area is located by the window.
The sleeping area is open to the living room and features a double bed (180/200 cm) with adjustable slatted frames.
A bright kitchen with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, and dishwasher is perfect for cooking your own meals.
Also provided: refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, egg cooker, blender, bread slicer, kitchen scale, and an iron.
Bathroom with shower stall and toilet—hair dryer provided.
No smoking; pets not allowed. Very well equipped!

Bed linens (€12 per person) and towels (€8 per person) are available for rent. Please let us know once you’ve completed your booking so that we can charge you separately and ensure the bed linens and/or towels are ready for you before your arrival.
Complex:
The vacation complex consists of 16 connected buildings arranged in a circle.
Inside, you’ll find many different vacation apartments, each individually furnished by their respective owners.
All floors in the buildings are conveniently accessible by elevator.
The sandy beach, located approximately 500 meters away, is barrier-free and can be safely reached through the resort’s pedestrian zone.
On the way there—and thus in the immediate vicinity of your accommodations—you’ll find bakeries, restaurants, ice cream shops, and various stores.
Leisure activities include, among others:
- swimming, sunbathing, and playing on the over 4-kilometer-long sandy beach with its adventure pier
- water sports such as deep-sea fishing (harbor: 2.3 km away), sailing, windsurfing, stand-up paddleboarding, and kitesurfing (Heiligenhafen Water Sports Center: 1.4 km away)
- athletic activities such as hiking, jogging, skating, and biking (Pit’s Bike and Scooter Rental: right at the vacation park)
- Flying kites and running around on the huge kite field toward the beach
- Walks along the nearby cliffs
- Mini-golf at the Dünengolf course
- Let the little ones burn off some energy at the various playgrounds in the vacation center and around the inland lake
- Wellness & Beauty at the “Aktiv-Hus-Spa” with an exercise pool, sauna, massages, etc., right next to the vacation park

The rehabilitation center 300 meters away, the local bath specialists and medical specialists, and the proximity to the nearest hospital as well as dialysis facilities (Oldenburg i.H.: 12 km away) offer excellent infrastructure for your outpatient spa stay.
Parking
There is a large parking lot at the rear of the vacation park. Here you can park your vehicle for an extended period free of charge. The spaces are marked according to the house numbers, but you are free to choose any available spot. In front of the houses, you’ll find short-term parking (30 minutes) for loading and unloading.
