2-room apartment, 45 m², in Niendorf on the 4th floor. 1 living room with a built-in kitchen and dining area, fold-down bed. Bedroom with 2 single beds, built-in closet, balcony, flat-screen TV, DVD player, radio. Bathroom with shower and hair dryer; kitchen with 4-burner stove and oven; outdoor parking space: parking spot 151.
An alternative parking space cannot be provided!
No smoking. No pets. The swimming pool is open daily from 07:30 - 12:30 as well as 15:00 - 21:30. The sauna is open on weekends and holidays from 08:00 - 12:30 and 15:00 - 21:30, with separate hours for women, men, and mixed use. The swimming pool is expected to be closed for cleaning and maintenance on 02.11-13.11.2026, and 01.11-12.11.2027. Wi-Fi via Freifunk Ostholstein—no password required—(no replacement or refund in case of outage or malfunction)
