The Strandfreude vacation rental is in an excellent location, less than 100 meters from the Baltic Sea beach and the promenade, and very close to the quaint Niendorf Harbor with its lively atmosphere and the most delicious fish sandwiches far and wide. Right in the neighborhood, you’ll find everything a vacationer could want—from restaurants and cafés to a newsstand and a coffee roastery, bike rentals and an adventure playground, boat tours, and a summer movie theater on the open beach. Fresh rolls for breakfast are available at the bakery around the corner, and the legendary Beach Kiosk 8 is practically right outside the door.
This extensively renovated and high-quality furnished vacation apartment is located on the first floor of Carpe Diem House 2, a well-maintained residential complex. You’ll find a modern living area with a high-quality sleeper sofa, TV, Bluetooth radio, and Wi-Fi. The built-in kitchen is very well-equipped and features a dining counter with ample space for 4 people. The balcony facing the sea offers a beautiful view. Depending on the season, you can catch glimpses of the Baltic Sea through the trees. The sound of the sea and the fresh sea air are guaranteed. The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160x200), a wardrobe, and an additional TV. The apartment includes a designated outdoor parking space.
For relaxation, the swimming pool—with a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea—and the sauna, located on the top floor of the building, are available free of charge during operating hours. Please note that the sauna is only open from Friday through Sunday and on holidays. The swimming pool is closed in November due to maintenance work.
The well-maintained residential complex features elevators, coin-operated washing machines and dryers for shared use, and a[nbsp] bicycle storage room. There is a playground for our younger guests.
