The 45-square-meter, sunny Apartment No. 79 with a south-facing balcony, accommodating 2–4 people, is located on the 3rd floor of the well-maintained “Carpe Diem” residential complex at Rodenbergstr. 32 in Niendorf-Ostsee—right next to the beach access. It’s just a two-minute walk to the beach in flip-flops and less than five minutes to Niendorf Harbor. Two elevators take you from the first floor to the third floor, providing barrier-free access from the apartment to the beach. And it comes with its own underground parking space.
The apartment has been completely renovated; it’s modern, cozy, and, with plenty of storage space, suitable even for four people. Light-colored wood floors and wooden blinds in the living area, and pleated shades in the bedroom. In addition to the free Ostsee Wi-Fi, there is a private Wi-Fi network. The bright, spacious living area with a sleeper sofa and a flat-screen Smart TV opens into an open-concept kitchen that has everything you need: dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, and various kitchen utensils. It also includes a coffee maker, Nespresso machine, and electric kettle. There’s a dining area with a round table that seats four. From the living room, you can step out onto the sunny south-facing balcony with beach-style wooden furniture to enjoy a vacation breakfast or simply relax. The bedroom is furnished with a box-spring bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), a second flat-screen TV, and a large closet. You’ll also find an ironing board, iron, clothes rack, and cleaning supplies here. The hallway features another large built-in closet, a coat rack with shoe compartments, a handy key board, and a large mirror. The shower room, with a sink and heated towel rack, is small but offers ample storage and shelving. It is also equipped with a magnifying mirror and a hair dryer. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers, as well as a bicycle storage room, are located in the basement. A recycling room for waste separation is also in the basement, and a trash chute for general waste is located on every floor.

The swimming pool and sauna are located on the 4th floor of the building and are available free of charge. The sauna is available for use only from Friday through Sunday and on holidays. Separate times for women, men, and mixed use are provided!
When you pick up your keys, your visitor’s cards will be ready for you, and your visitor’s tax will be due: 3.50 euros per day for adults during peak season (May 1 through September 30); children are free. In the off-season (October 1 through April 30), the tax is 2.00 euros per day; children are free.

Die Bilder waren schon überzeugend, und die Art und Weise, wie das Appartement ausgestattet und eingerichtet ist, lässt keine Wünsche offen; direkt am Strand, zentrale Lage, ob mit Rad oder zu Fuß und der zuständige Ansprechpartner vor Ort war nett, kompetent und immer ansprechbar, aber es gab nix zu reklamieren, wir kommen gerne wieder. Wir waren drei Wochen in dieser Ferienwohnung und haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Das Haus liegt direkt in Niendorf, nur ein paar Schritte von der Promenade entfernt. Die Lage wie gesagt perfekt, die Wohnung Tip top saniert und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Betreuung vor Ort und die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern lief einwandfrei. Der Pool und die Sauna waren geöffnet, so dass wir auch an regnerischen Tagen beschäftigt waren. Jederzeit wieder, vielen Dank!!!
