About this apartment rental
This enchanting, tastefully furnished vacation rental is designed for you to “relax.”
Once you’ve unlocked the door, you’ll “feel right at home”!
From the hallway—which features a modern, bright design—you’ll enter the modern bathroom with a shower (low-entry), toilet, sink, and storage cabinet.
The spacious living area, complete with a sofa set, invites you to relax.
The dining area, featuring a bistro table and chairs—with a view of the Baltic Sea—is located right by the window. Whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner, you’ll enjoy your meals here.
In the cozy sleeping area, which can be separated from the living area by an opaque curtain, there is a box-spring bed (full-length mattress 180 x 200).
The lovingly furnished children’s room is separated from the living area by a door and equipped with a bunk bed.
The bright kitchen features an oven, ceramic cooktop, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, and plenty of kitchen utensils for up to 4 people.
The balcony, with a view over the salt marshes and toward the Baltic Sea, rounds out this wonderful, cozy apartment.

If this is not possible for you or if you have questions about your desired travel dates, please contact us in advance using the non-binding inquiry form. We’d be happy to work with you to find a suitable time frame or suggest alternative rental properties from our portfolio.
Bedding (12 €/person) and towels (8 €/person) are available for rent. Please let us know after completing your booking so that we can bill you separately and ensure the bed linens and/or towels are ready for you before your arrival.
Complex:
The vacation complex consists of 16 connected buildings arranged in a circle.
Within these buildings, you’ll find many different vacation apartments, each individually furnished by their respective owners.
All floors in the buildings are conveniently accessible by elevator.
The sandy beach, located approximately 500 meters away, is barrier-free and can be safely reached through the resort’s pedestrian zone.
On the way there—and thus in the immediate vicinity of your accommodations—you’ll find bakeries, restaurants, ice cream shops, and various stores.
Leisure activities include, among others:
— swimming, sunbathing, and playing on the sandy beach, which stretches over 4 kilometers and features an adventure pier
— water sports such as deep-sea fishing (harbor: 2.3 km away), sailing, windsurfing, stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), and kitesurfing (Heiligenhafen Water Sports Center: 1.4 km away)
- athletic activities such as hiking, jogging, skating, and biking (Pit’s Bike and Pedal Car Rental: right at the vacation park)
- Flying kites and playing on the huge kite field toward the beach
- Walks along the nearby cliffs
- Mini-golf at the Dünengolf course
- Let the little ones burn off energy at the various playgrounds in the vacation center and around the inland lake
- Wellness & Beauty at the “Aktiv-Hus-Spa” with an exercise pool, sauna, massages, etc., right at the vacation park

The rehabilitation center, located 300 meters away, the local physicians and specialists, and the proximity to the nearest hospital as well as dialysis services (Oldenburg i.H.: 12 km away) offer an excellent infrastructure for your outpatient spa stay.
Parking
There is a large parking lot at the rear of the vacation park. Here you can park your vehicle for an extended period free of charge. The spaces are marked according to the house numbers, but you are free to choose any available spot. In front of the houses, you’ll find a short-term parking area (30 minutes) for loading and unloading.
