Great, sun-drenched vacation apartment in Building C on the 9th floor—with a fantastic view—
The apartment is 45 square meters and has three separate rooms.
The entryway is bright and inviting and offers plenty of space for a coat rack.
The bathroom has been partially renovated and features a shower (with a curtain and a low threshold), a toilet, and a modern Wi-Fi-enabled power outlet radio.
The bedroom is separated from the living room by a sliding glass door and features a double bed (180 x 200 cm / twin mattresses) with super-comfortable mattress toppers and a built-in 32-inch LED wall-mounted TV.
The living room features a cozy seating area and a 40-inch flat-screen TV (as well as a Blu-ray player).
The spacious dining area is located right by the window, offering a distant view.
You can really go all out in the kitchenette. Ceramic cooktop (4 burners), combination microwave-convection oven, microwave, coffee maker, espresso machine, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher.
The children’s room, separate from the living area, features a bunk bed with two 90 × 200 cm mattresses.

Complex:
The vacation complex consists of 16 interconnected buildings arranged in a circle.
Inside, you’ll find many different vacation apartments, each individually furnished by their respective owners.
All floors in the buildings are conveniently accessible by elevator.
The sandy beach, located approximately 500 meters away, is barrier-free and can be safely reached through the resort’s pedestrian zone.
On the way there—and thus even closer to your accommodations—you’ll find bakeries, restaurants, ice cream shops, and various stores.
Leisure activities include, among others:
- Swimming, sunbathing, and playing on the over 4-kilometer-long sandy beach with an adventure pier
- Water sports such as deep-sea fishing (harbor: 2.3 km away), sailing, windsurfing, SUP, and kitesurfing (Heiligenhafen Water Sports Center: 1.4 km away)
- Athletic activities such as hiking, jogging, skating, and biking (Pit’s Bike and Scooter Rental: right at the vacation park)
- Flying kites and running around on the huge kite field toward the beach
- Walks along the nearby cliffs
- Mini-golf at the Dünengolf course
- Let the little ones burn off energy at the various playgrounds in the vacation center and around the inland lake
- Wellness & Beauty at the “Aktiv-Hus-Spa” with an exercise pool, sauna, massages, etc., right next to the vacation park

The rehabilitation center, located 300 meters away, the local physicians and specialists, and the proximity to the nearest hospital as well as dialysis services (Oldenburg i.H.: 12 km away) offer an excellent infrastructure for your outpatient spa stay.

There is a large parking lot at the rear of the vacation park. Here you can park your vehicle for an extended period free of charge. The spaces are marked according to the house numbers, but you are free to choose any available spot. In front of the houses, you’ll find a short-term parking area (30 minutes) for loading and unloading.
