About this apartment rental
The entire apartment was completely renovated in early 2022 and refurbished with great attention to detail—it has everything you could want!
As soon as you step inside, the bright and open layout creates a wonderful, cozy atmosphere that carries through the entire apartment.
The living area features comfortable seating in the form of a corner couch, as well as a spacious dining area that seats up to 4 people. A flat-screen TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi (50 Mbps), and an internet radio are available as technical amenities. A highlight of the living area is the suspended ceiling, which features a light strip (with color-changing settings) along the sides—allowing you to create a particularly cozy atmosphere in the evening hours. All lights can be dimmed, which also helps create a cozy ambiance.
The separate bedroom is separated from the living area by a door and is furnished with a large double bed (2 x 90 x 200), a dresser, and wall cabinets. The bedside lamps have an USB port at the base, which can be used to charge cell phones, for example. The windows, which can also be opened, ensure plenty of fresh air in the sleeping area.
The open-concept kitchen, which opens onto the living room, is equipped with a large refrigerator, a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, and all necessary kitchen utensils such as cutlery, dishes, cookware, etc.
The separate children’s room is furnished with a bunk bed (2 x 90 x 200), which can be used by children, teenagers, and adults weighing up to 80 kg. This room also features another flat-screen TV and a window with blackout curtains.
The en suite bathroom features a heated towel rack, a toilet, a shower with a glass shower enclosure (low-entry), an illuminated mirror cabinet, and storage and shelving areas.
From the balcony, which features seating, you can enjoy the view over the park-like courtyard as well as the side view of the inland lake toward the city, the marina, Steinwarder, and the Baltic Sea.
A selection of games, DVDs, and books for all ages is also available, rounding out the amenities.
An electric awning provides protection from the sun’s intense rays and prevents the apartment from overheating during the summer months.

If this is not possible for you or if you have questions about your desired travel dates, please contact us in advance using the non-binding inquiry form. We’d be happy to work with you to find a suitable time frame or suggest alternative rental properties from our portfolio.
Bed linens (€12 per person) and towels (€8 per person) are available for rent. Please let us know after completing your booking so that we can bill you separately and ensure the bed linens and/or towels are ready for you before your arrival.
Complex:
The vacation complex consists of 16 connected buildings arranged in a circle.
Within these buildings, you’ll find many different vacation apartments, each individually furnished by their respective owners.
All floors in the buildings are conveniently accessible by elevator.
The sandy beach, located approximately 500 meters away, is barrier-free and can be safely reached through the resort’s pedestrian zone.
On the way there—and thus in the immediate vicinity of your accommodations—you’ll find bakeries, restaurants, ice cream shops, and various stores.
Leisure activities include, among others:
— swimming, sunbathing, and playing on the over 4-kilometer-long sandy beach with its adventure pier
— water sports such as deep-sea fishing (harbor: 2.3 km away), sailing, windsurfing, stand-up paddleboarding, and kitesurfing (Heiligenhafen Water Sports Center: 1.4 km away)
- athletic activities such as hiking, jogging, skating, and biking (Pit’s Bike and Scooter Rental: right at the vacation park)
