This cozy ground-floor apartment for two is accessible from the back of the house via the furnished terrace. Thanks to its south-facing location, you’ll enjoy bright sunshine from morning until evening with a direct view of the inland lake. The lake is just a few meters from the terrace, separated only by a lawn for sunbathing and playing and the shared barbecue area.
You enter the lovingly and cheerfully furnished apartment through the living and kitchen area.
A cozy sofa with an ottoman provides the perfect setting for relaxing evenings. A 40-inch TV, Wi-Fi, books, a DVD player, DVDs, and games ensure there’s never a dull moment.
Adjacent to this is the bright, modern L-shaped kitchen, which features a dishwasher, a 2-burner ceramic cooktop with an exhaust hood, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a microwave, as well as all standard amenities such as a toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, silverware, dishes, and cooking utensils.
At the dining table across from the kitchen, you’ll find space to enjoy romantic meals together.
The bathroom, adjacent to the kitchen, features a spacious shower with a fixed shower screen, a heated towel rack, a lighted mirror, an outlet, a hair dryer, and a small bathroom cabinet.
The stylish bedroom features a large window, a three-door wardrobe with a mirror, a dresser, and another flat-screen TV (31"). The high-quality box-spring bed, measuring 160×200 cm, ensures restful nights during your vacation.

Bed linens (12 € per person) and towels (8 € per person) are available for rent. Please let us know after completing your booking so that we can bill you separately and ensure the bed linens and/or towels are ready for you before your arrival.

The three-story apartment building is located on Steinwarder, beautifully surrounded by the Binnensee and the Baltic Sea.
This quiet building offers individually designed and furnished studios and apartments ranging from 19 to 76 square meters for 2–4 guests. Each apartment features a direct lake view from the balcony or terrace, which faces south and enjoys plenty of sunshine.
A bright stairwell leads to the enclosed pergolas on each floor. The ground-floor apartments are accessed via private entrances at the rear of the building.
The property offers direct access to Heiligenhafen’s inland lake. Whether you’re using a SUP, an air mattress, or a surfboard—you can head straight out onto the water from the sunbathing lawn.
A fire pit, benches, and a small dock are also available for guests’ use.
You can park your bicycles in the covered, designated area behind the house.
Each apartment comes with an assigned parking space on the property or in the parking lot across the street.
The marina and downtown are just a leisurely stroll away along the inland lake promenade.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sauber. Der kurze Weg zum Strand einfach Perfekt. Während meines Aufenthaltes wurde die Nachbarwohnung renoviert was leider den Aufenthalt nicht entspannte. Beim Check Inn wäre es schön gewesen zu wissen, dass der Eingang der Wohnung über die Terasse ist. Und wo der Wasserhahn zum öffnen der Leitung ist.
Diese Wohnung würde ich wieder buchen.
