Our newly built vacation home, “Traumfänger III,” is a beautiful addition to the stunning Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula. It’s located right in the heart of Zingst in a very quiet neighborhood, not far from the beach and downtown. This single-family home offers you pure peace and relaxation with 118 square meters of living space spread over two levels, accommodating up to 6 people. Enjoy the atmosphere with a gas fireplace, underfloor heating, insect screens in all rooms, and a private garden featuring a large outdoor sauna, outdoor shower, and shed. Free Wi-Fi, TV and radio in the living room and bedrooms, as well as a radio in the bathroom and sauna, ensure an exclusive and comfortable range of amenities. In the three bedrooms, you can unwind and find peace. The kitchen, as the central hub of the house, is a highlight for everyone. Preparing your own special vacation meals will be especially easy thanks to the modern kitchen appliances and the large counter space. The ice cube tray ensures you always have cool drinks on hot summer days.
You’ll also enjoy the two bright bathrooms, each with a shower, bathtub, and a “view from the window.” The garden, featuring two large terraces—northeast and southwest—each equipped with an electric awning, offers the opportunity to enjoy the sun and the fresh, healthy Baltic Sea air from morning until evening.
