About this house rental
Welcome to the Aura Vacation Home. The name says it all: Here you’ll find a relaxed atmosphere that combines peace, comfort, and relaxation.
A vacation home situated on a quiet lot with a spacious garden. The location offers the perfect combination of seclusion and proximity to the highlights of this Baltic Sea resort. The fine-sand beach and the town center, with its shops, restaurants, and cafés, are just a ten-minute walk away. This way, you can enjoy the tranquility of your vacation home while still benefiting from easy access to all amenities.
Living and Relaxing
The open-concept living and dining area forms the heart of the home. Large windows fill the rooms with light and create a pleasant living atmosphere. The cozy sofa invites you to relax, while the spacious dining area offers plenty of room for shared meals. The modern kitchen with a cooking island is equipped with high-quality appliances and leaves nothing to be desired. Amenities include, among other things, an oven, a dishwasher, and a capsule coffee machine.
Sleeping Comfort
The vacation home features three bedrooms with a total of two double beds and two single beds. Blackout pleated blinds ensure restful nights. Ample storage space provides plenty of room for your luggage. Upon your arrival, the beds will, of course, be freshly made. Please note that, as a general rule, only the number of beds required based on the number of guests booked will be prepared. For a party of four, the two double beds will be made as standard. For a two-person occupancy, one double bed will be made up. If you would like a different bed arrangement, please let us know well in advance of your arrival so that we can prepare the beds accordingly.
Wellness and Comfort
Two modern bathrooms with spacious showers provide additional comfort. The main bathroom also features a sauna, which is perfect for relaxing wellness moments—especially after an eventful day at the Baltic Sea. Throughout the house, you’ll find free Wi-Fi, comfortable underfloor heating, and flat-screen TVs in all bedrooms. A washing machine is also available for free use.
Garden and Outdoor Area
Whether it’s breakfast on the terrace, a relaxing afternoon in the garden, or a cozy evening with family and friends. The outdoor area offers the ideal setting for a relaxing vacation. A separate garden shed provides secure storage for bicycles or other recreational equipment. There are also two free parking spaces available right next to the house.
The surrounding area offers numerous recreational opportunities, such as long walks on the beach, bike tours through the unique coastal landscape, water sports, and varied excursions to the region’s historic cities and picturesque towns.
Up to two dogs are also welcome here. A separate surcharge applies for bringing your four-legged friend.
