The comfortable semi-detached home, built in 2015 and named “Abendklang,” is located in a quiet yet central area.
It can accommodate up to six people and a toddler.
The house is furnished to a high standard throughout.
A spacious living room with a dining area features an LED TV, a Blu-ray hi-fi system, and a wood-burning stove, as well as a fully equipped built-in kitchen.
All three bedrooms have a TV. Two bedrooms are furnished with double beds, and one bedroom has two single beds.
For a toddler, a travel crib, high chair, step stool, and stair gate are provided.
Both bathrooms have a shower; one bathroom also has a bathtub.
Free Wi-Fi.
The garden is furnished with patio furniture, a parasol, and two lounge chairs.
There are also 2 parking spaces and a tool shed.
High-speed fiber-optic internet connection available.
This is a smoke-free home!
The pedestrian zone, with its many shops and restaurants, is approximately 450 meters away.
Please bring your own bed linens and towels (these can also be rented if you prefer).
