The Modern Strandhus Apartment 109 welcomes you to a prime location on Timmendorfer Strand at Strandallee 200. This modern ground-floor apartment offers 50 m² of living space and is an ideal retreat for two people.
The apartment consists of two rooms. The living area is equipped with a flat-screen TV, Blu-ray and DVD players, a hi-fi system, and a radio, offering plenty of entertainment options for cozy evenings. The bedroom features a double bed measuring 180x200 cm (separate mattresses) and external roller shades for a restful night’s sleep.
The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with a built-in freezer. Additional kitchen appliances include a toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle.
The bathroom features a walk-in shower and provides everything you need for a pleasant start to the day. A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use. An ironing board is provided.

Ein kleines, schön und gemütlich eingerichtetes Appartement in hervorragender Lage. Einziges Manko war das fehlende WLAN. Hätte ich im Jahr 2022 eigentlich als selbstverständlich erachtet. Ansonsten alles tip top.
